If you have an idea on the service you’d like to book, or still need help defining it a bit more, the first step is to schedule a 30 minute discovery call. I will reach out to you within 3 working days with possible timeslots for our call and, if applicable, some questions about your request. The call will take place via Google Meet, I will send you the calendar invitation with a videocall link once we settle on the timeslot.
During the discovery call:
I will fill in a short intake form to summarize your request. We both have a chance to discuss the details of our collaboration based on what you are looking for.
Since each support package is designed individually, I am not able to provide pricing upfront before learning about your needs. I charge not hourly but on a delivery basis. Therefore, together we align on the results I will deliver, your level of involvement (reviewing, aligning) and the timeline.
After the first call:
I will send a summary of our discussion, proposed support package with tasks and deliveries outlined, timeline and total price. At this stage we can adjust the scope of work if needed. Once we agree on a proposal, I will transfer it into a contract.
If we need more time to align on the support package, 2 more calls of 30-60 min are possible and are free of charge.
Contract & payment:
This includes the agreed on proposal, payment process, communication channels, termination conditions, and confidentiality and IP clause. By signing the contract, you agree to pay a deposit (10% of the total price) before the beginning of my work. You are expected to pay the rest 90% within 2 weeks after the delivery.
The scope of the work is more of a continuous collaboration?
With weekly or monthly deliverables, the deposit is paid once before the beginning of my work. The deliverables are paid out monthly. In that case, the price outlined is monthly. Therefore, the deposit is 10% of the first month of work.
During our collaboration:
I am available by email, via scheduled video calls, and, if applicable, via the platform used for the project (e.g. Slack, Google Chat, Notion). The general reply timeframe is 1-2 business days.
